Before you start
We sell the subscription only. Our app V12Mate is free on Android & Firestick, and you can use any player you prefer. Some third-party players may require their own license after the trial.
It works like a SIM card: your subscription is the SIM, and the player app is the phone you use it on.

MAG Box Not Supported
We are sorry, but we no longer support MAG Box devices. Please choose one of our other supported devices for the best streaming experience.
Troubleshooting Tips
Streaming not behaving? Work through these seven checks before opening a support ticket.

Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming.

Make sure your Xtream Codes (Credentials) are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.

Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.

Restart your device and also reboot your router/modem.

If you are using a VPN, try switching to another server or temporarily disabling it to test whether it resolves the issue.

Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again.

Some internet providers may restrict IPTV traffic. If you suspect this, using a VPN can often help improve access.
IPTV Setup: Quick Answers
How long does IPTV setup take?
Most setups take five to ten minutes. You install one player app, enter the credentials from your welcome email, and wait about a minute for the channel list to load. Formuler and Smart TV setups sit at the longer end because the playlist is configured through a portal first.
What app do I need to watch IPTV?
A player app that accepts Xtream Codes credentials. On Android and Firestick use our free player, V12Mate. On Smart TVs and Roku use Hot Player, on Apple devices iMPlayer or Smarters Player Lite, and on Windows or Mac use IPTV Smarters Pro. We sell the subscription only — the app is the phone, your subscription is the SIM.
What internet speed do I need for IPTV?
A stable 15–20 Mbps connection is the practical minimum. Plan on 25 Mbps for comfortable HD and 50 Mbps or more for 4K. Test the speed on the same network the player runs on, and prefer a wired connection on large TVs.
Which IPTV app is best?
There is no single best app — it depends on your device. V12Mate is the simplest on Android and Firestick because no server address is needed. TiviMate is popular but its VOD requires their Premium tier, which you do not need with us since VOD is already included.
How do I install IPTV on a smart TV?
If your Smart TV runs Google Play, follow the Android TV guide instead. Otherwise install Hot Player from your TV app store, note the MAC address it displays, activate a one-year Hot Player licence, then upload your playlist through the portal using Xtream Codes. Full steps are in the Smart TV tab above.
Do I need an IPTV box?
Usually not. If you already own a Fire Stick, Android TV, Smart TV, Roku, Apple TV, computer or phone, that device is enough. A dedicated box such as Formuler or BuzzTV is worth it only if you want a purpose-built remote and interface. Avoid preloaded boxes sold through marketplace listings.
Can I test IPTV before paying?
Yes. We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can confirm picture quality, channel availability and playback on your own device before paying. Request it from our Free Trial page.
