Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Vancouver IPTV

Last updated: 14 August 2026

Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing, activating or using a Vancouver IPTV subscription, or by requesting a free trial, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to every plan, trial and support interaction. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA Notice.

What We Provide

Vancouver IPTV sells a subscription only. We provide login credentials that let a compatible player application connect to a streaming service.

We do not host, store, upload, record or control any content. All streams and on-demand titles are supplied by third-party providers. Channel line-ups, on-demand libraries and electronic programme guide data are controlled by those upstream sources and may change or become unavailable without notice.

We do not sell hardware, and we are not affiliated with any device manufacturer or player application developer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or country, to purchase a subscription. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Your Account and Credentials

Your credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under them.

Pricing, Payment and Activation

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Remitly, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). Card and Remitly payments are charged at the listed price. Crypto payments receive a 10% discount, applied at checkout.

Login details are emailed after payment is confirmed, normally within one to two hours. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you order a new term when you want to continue.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Third-Party Applications

Our own player, V12Mate, is free to use with an active subscription. Other players, including Hot Player, TiviMate, iMPlayer, Smarters Player Lite, IPTV Smarters Pro, MyTVOnline and DOL2, are developed and licensed by independent companies.

Some of these require their own licence or premium tier, purchased from their developer and not from us. We can explain how to configure them, but we cannot fix faults inside a third-party app and we are not responsible for their pricing, availability, terms or continued operation.

Service Availability

We target high availability, but no internet-delivered service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, upstream source changes, network congestion, your internet provider and your own equipment all affect playback.

Specific channels or titles may be added, removed or changed at any time by the upstream source. The presence of a particular channel at the time of purchase is not a guarantee that it will remain available for the whole term.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund if you breach these Terms, in particular by sharing or reselling credentials, exceeding your device limit repeatedly, or attempting to interfere with our systems.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use partway through a paid term does not create a right to a refund except as set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement. Because we do not host content, the fastest resolution is usually with the third-party provider, but we act on every valid notice we receive.

Our full procedure, including what a notice must contain and how to file a counter-notification, is set out on our DMCA Notice page.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings in your own province or country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will not be applied retroactively to that term.
